I just posted the 4th episode of ROI Radio. I feature a call in with Chris MacDonald, EVP of Biz Dev & Operations at Liberated Syndication, a.k.a. libsyn. libsyn is the largest network of podcasters on the planet. Having recently pushed over the 5000 user mark, libsyn is pumping over 1.3 million unique downloads per day and is powering some of the largest podcasts in terms of subscribers, downloads and overall audience reach.

Chris and I talk about the inception of libsyn, and how he was the first paying customer with his popular podcast Indiefeed. We discuss the company’s rapid growth, libsynPRO the latest offering for its commercial clients as well as the recent agreement to be acquired by Wizzard Software. We also talk about the Open Metrics initative which was being discussed in depth at this past weekends Podcamp out in Pittsburgh.
