Google has been developing a new algorithm for indexing textual content in Flash files of all kinds, from Flash menus, buttons and banners, to self-contained Flash websites.
I think Summize is one of the BEST tools I have seen come out on the web. In short it ROCKS. Matt Dickman sheds some light on it. Check it out.
My advice is to bootstrap whenever possible. Then raise money when you need to at a much better valuation and more importantly on your terms. You are always in the weaker side of the negotiation during the startup phase.
