    You definitely hit on the main point that I’ve seen lack in many email marketing campaigns – consistency. I’ve seen messages get lost a lot when there is no concrete point the company is trying adhere to.

    What is the biggest mistake you’ve seen companies do time and time again since being in the industry and with Blue Sky?

    The biggest mistake any company can make and what we see unfortunately, all too often, is the sender sending irrelevant messages to their audience.

    Even if they are consistent, the last thing you want to be doing is sending consistent irrelevant messages.
